With our Large File Handler, PDF-S3  you can upload your 25mb+ document into the OneSpan cloud, initiate and complete the signing ceremony. PDF-S3  then automatically re-assembles the final signing package and secures it into a View and Print Only PDF Portfolio and drops it into your network folder, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, or Azure site.

Here are the SIMPLE STEPS

SPLIT

YOU…Upload your Large Plan / Drawing / Document using our Simple Interface.

PDF S3…Breaks the large file into multiple 10Mb sub documents, adds a Customizable Signature Page and uploads them into your OneSpan Electronic Signature Portal.

SIGN

YOU…Add signers to your Large Plan / Drawing / Document from within the OneSpan Sign Portal and send it off to be signed.

SEAL

PDF S3…Completes the Process as it “listens for the Document to be completely signed. Once completely signed, PDF S3 reassembles all the sub documents and drops the Final Completed Package into the destination of your choice.

PDF-S3 comes as either a cloud based service or on-premise model. It is fully integrated with OneSpan Sign ™ with the Cloud service requiring no additional add-ons or client software.
